STLFilt:
An STL Error Message Decryptor for Comeau C++, Metrowerks CodeWarrior
7/8, gcc 2/3, Borland C++/C++Builder, Microsoft Visual C++ 6/7/8,
Intel C++ 7/8 and Digital Mars C++.
InitUtil: An Initialization Library for
STL-Style Containers. A header file providing a set of useful
utility function templates for initializing, assigning and appending
to any standard or extended STL-style container from a list of constant
values specified in a string (or a list of pointers).
PostFilt: A C++ program (developed
in collaboration with Arthur J. O'Dwyer) for processing source listings
for publication and/or posting to Usenet newsgroups. Includes features
for de-tabifying, tab size transformation, intelligent wrapping
of long lines and more. An option pops the result of processing
up in a text editor for convenient copy-and-pasting into a newsgroup
posting or email message.
ZLPR: A simple command-line ASCII file
printing utility for use with HP-compatible printers. ZLPR is convenient
for printing out source listings and other ASCII documents, generating
page headers and providing a few other useful features with a minimum
of hassle. Updated 2/7/2004.
du: A DOS command-line utility a la
Unix "du", showing disk usage of each immediate subdirectory
(depth is option-selectable) and the total usage for entire specified
tree branch. Limited to 32-bit sizes, but still pretty useful.
BDS C: BD Software's classic
8-bit C compiler for CP/M-80 (circa 1980), provided with full sources
(in 8080 assembly language!)
